ABOUT ME

Welcome! I am Jac, and I offer this practice first and foremost in devoted service to more love, healing, and freedom for everyone.

I am a loving creature of the Tides that is trying to live a conscious and simple life in reciprocity. I deeply believe in mind/body/spirit ecology and that the Earth is our body and our body is our Home.

I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CACMT #96971) specializing in trauma-sensitive Craniosacral Therapy, Breast & Abdominal Massage, Shiatsu Deep Tissue, and myofascial cupping.

Tides Touch Therapy represents the evolving alchemy of myself into gifts to share. I have practiced bodywork professionally for almost five years and have accumulated nearly 1,000 school hours from the incredible teachers. Sacred intention, ritual, and an endless love for Mother Earth are woven into my offerings.

I have a Bachelors in Sociology and Pre-Med from Tulane University in New Orleans. I have a Masters in Public Health with a specific focus in nutrition and exploring inequities in food ecosystems also from Tulane University. For eight years, I worked for public health organizations (government and academia) and health technology startups.

For both of my parents, their parent’s grandparents were Ashkenazi Jews who immigrated to the United States in late 1800s and early 1900s from Austria, Hungary, Bohemia (now Czechia), Montenegro, Ukraine, and Poland. I believe in a free Palestine.
